On Your Mark, Get Set, HERO GO Track & Field! Specialized sports program utilizing biometric exercises that will promote the development of gross motor skills, coordination and balance. HERO FLOW Yoga: Get limber and stretch it out. Breathing exercises and animal poses get kids engaged and build strength. Balancing and coordination help both gross and fine motor development. We hold a very special awards ceremony for every HERO once a session is completed. Every kid graduates from a session as a HERO and goes home with a certificate of achievement that they can show off wherever they please!
