Specialized sports program utilizing biometric exercises that will promote the development of gross motor skills, coordination and balance SOCCER: Ready positions, kicking, dribbling, receiving, scoring, learning the field, positions, full game, awards ceremony! We not only teach sports fundamentals, sportsmanship & how to become a team player, we also teach the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
