Specialized sports program utilizing biometric exercises that will promote the development of gross motor skills, coordination and balance SOCCER: Ready positions, kicking, dribbling, receiving, scoring, learning the field, positions, full HERO teamwork games to help build your child's self-confidence & gain a love for the sport, a variety of soccer obstacle courses, & finishing with our awards ceremony! We not only teach sports fundamentals, sportsmanship & how to become a team player, we also teach the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. It’s our goal to help children form positive habits that they will carry with them throughout their lives.
