At HERO we are a specialized sports program utilizing biometric exercises that will promote the development of gross motor skills, coordination and balance. Sports we offer: Basketball Baseball Soccer Football Hockey Track & Field Volleyball Gymnastics We not only teach sports fundamentals, sportsmanship & how to become a team player, we also teach the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. It’s our goal to help children form positive habits that they will carry with them throughout their lives.
