Camp Managers are responsible for the daily operations of camp programming, prioritizing safety, camper well being and fun! The Camp Manager will learn the position through a coaches lens, with training in our HKS Curriculum and Playbook, to be equipped to mentor and oversee our coaching team in administering camp program. With a strong collaboration with management, this position is responsible for prioritizing camper safety, upholding program excellence, and supporting staff wellbeing to foster a positive, high-energy environment for both campers and team members!
